Organisational Structure

Sound corporate governance and a clear operational structure underpin our ability to deliver projects effectively. Our management framework maintains the right balance across strategic planning, financial oversight, business development, and project execution.

• Board of Directors: Holds ultimate administrative responsibility and strategic oversight of the company, as defined by the memorandum and articles of association.
• Chairman: The chief executive of the firm, appointed by the Board of Directors and responsible for guiding the company’s long-term direction.
• Managing Director: Oversees day-to-day commercial operations and development activities under the supervision of the Board.

Divisional Structure

Our operations are organised into four directorates, each responsible for a critical part of the project pipeline:

• Human Resources & Administration: Manages human capital, legal compliance, and logistics.
• Business Development: Leads proposal preparation, expert CV management, market development, and strategic positioning with international development partners.
• Implementation: Oversees field operations, programme coordination, execution tracking, and technical quality assurance.
• Finance & Accounts: Manages financial systems, budgetary compliance, audits, and corporate accounts.

Field Survey Capabilities

To support large-scale quantitative and qualitative surveys, IRGDSL maintains a network of approximately 200 certified field investigators and supervisors who can be mobilised at short notice. Our teams use Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) on mobile devices and GPS-enabled tablets, enabling real-time data monitoring, high data accuracy, and timely reporting directly from the field.
