Our staff are professionals with established reputations and demonstrable experience in leading the design and implementation of projects.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The Board of Directors, by provision of the memorandum of articles and memorandum of association, held the responsibility and control of the management and running of all the affairs of the Company. Chairman is the chief executive of the company who is nominated by the board of directors. Subject to the control and supervision of the Board of Directors the business and other affairs of the Company are carried on by the Managing Director.
